Attention, those of you who own Career Education Corp (CECO): CECO has undergone a name and symbol change to Perdoceo Education Corporation (PRDO). All outstanding shares of CECO have been replaced with shares of PRDO, and all outstanding CECO options have been replaced with corresponding PRDO options.
Lattco users will need to update your worksheets to reflect this change at your earliest convenience. Lattco PRO/AutoPilot Users: Your records have been updated in your accounts, and the symbol change should be apparent the next time you update activity.
At this time, we are not recommending any further action be taken with regards to PRDO. Continue to trade the position by the tenets of the Method as usual.
