Attention, those of you who own Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (HOUS): HOUS has completed a merger with Compass, Inc. (COMP). As a result of this merger, all owners of HOUS have received 1.436 shares of COMP for every 1 share of HOUS that was previously owned. Because of this merger, you should sell your shares of COMP and transmogrify if necessary.
Because of the unique share quantities that you will be left with following the merger, and the unique adjustments that will need to be performed as part of the transmogrification process, we would request that you please give us a call prior to transmogrifying your position.
