Attention, those of you who own American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AXL): AXL has undergone a name and symbol change to Dauch Corporation (DCH). All outstanding shares of AXL have been replaced with shares of DCH, and all outstanding AXL options have been replaced with corresponding DCH options.
CoPilot users will need to update your worksheets to reflect this change at your earliest convenience. AutoPilot Users: Your records have been updated in your accounts, and the symbol change should be apparent the next time you update activity.
AXL, and now DCH, is in a frustrating position as it has declined significantly since we initially purchased shares. In most cases, it has been and will remain in winter until the price appreciates.
At this time, we are not recommending any further action be taken with regard to DCH. Continue to trade the position by the tenets of the Method as usual.
