Attention, those of you who own Guess? Inc (GES): GES has announced a special dividend consisting of a payment of $2.25 per share for all outstanding shares of GES. More information on the special dividend can be found here. Holders of GES will receive the special dividend payment for every share of GES that was owned on the date of record, April 17th. Payment of the dividend itself is expected to be received on May 3rd.
On May Trade Day, you will apply the proceeds from the special dividend to your Stake as you would normally do with any regular dividend.
Lattco PRO/AutoPilot Clients: The activity for the special dividend should be downloaded from your TradeStation account and applied to your Stake as with all other regular dividends. If you should happen to notice any discrepancies, please let us know and we can correct your account if needed.
