If you currently own MPC stock, you have likely received a notification of the modified Dutch auction, along with a request to notify MPC by no later than June 10th if you intend to take part in the auction.
At this time, we do not recommend that you take part in the Dutch auction. You do not need to respond to the correspondence received or take any other action. You may continue to trade MPC as usual.
