We do not recommend any specific election regarding the tender offer at this time. Most of the OPTU positions that are held by our clients are in winter and are trading for well below both their average cost and the price paid for the lowest-priced bundle of shares. The tender offer price of $2.50 is also well below either the average cost or the lowest price paid for most owners of OPTU.
