Attention, those of you who own VF Corporation (VFC): VFC has completed a spinoff of a new company, Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB). More information on the spin-off can be found here. As part of this spinoff, holders of VFC stock will receive 1 share of KTB for every 7 shares of VFC owned on the date of record, May 10th, 2019.
On June Trade Day, you will sell the shares of KTB you have received, and apply the proceeds to your Stake as a dividend.
