Attention, those of you who own Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK): OSTK has announced a rights offering for its Blockchain Platform division. As a result of this, owners of OSTK have received 10 rights shares for every 100 shares of stock they own in OSTK.
At this time, we don’t recommend any action to be taken with the OSTK rights. The new shares come with a lot of restrictions and transaction fees. We recommend that you simply allow them to expire without any action taken.
