Attention, those of you who own Rent-A-Center Inc. (RCII): RCII has undergone a name and symbol change to Upbound Group, Inc. (UPBD). All outstanding shares of RCII have been replaced with shares of UPBD, and all outstanding RCII options have been replaced with corresponding UPBD options.
Lattco users will need to update your worksheets to reflect this change at your earliest convenience. Lattco PRO/AutoPilot Users: Your records have been updated in your accounts, and the symbol change should be apparent the next time you update activity.
At this time, we are not recommending any further action be taken with regard to UPBD. Continue to trade the position by the tenets of the Method as usual.
