Attention, those of you who own RTI International Metals (RTI): RTI is the target of an acquisition by Alcoa, Inc.(AA). After the completion of the deal, you will receive 2.8 shares of Alcoa (AA) for every share of RTI that you currently own. Because of the odd share amounts of Alcoa it will be cumbersome to implement Snider Investment Method with the new shares. We recommend you transmogrify your position in RTI into a more appropriate position prior to the stock exchange being executed.
