Attention, those of you who own SINA Corporation (SINA): SINA has announced a spin-off of shares for its subsidiary Weibo Corporation (WB). Each owner of SINA will receive one share of WB for every ten shares owned of SINA.
The distribution of the shares for the spin-off is scheduled to be completed on or about October 12, 2016. After the distribution has been completed, we will assess the situation further in order to determine the final course of action for owners of SINA to take with regards to the new shares. You can apply the standard Snider Investment Method process for your trading in September.
