Attention, those of you who own NCR Corp (NCR): NCR has undergone a name and symbol change to NCR Voyix Corp (VYX). All outstanding shares of NCR have been replaced with shares of VYX, and all outstanding NCR options have been replaced with corresponding VYX options.
Along with this name and symbol change, NCR has also announced a spin-off of NCR Atleos Corporation (NATL). Owners of NCR/VYX will receive 50 shares of NATL for every 100 shares of NCR/VYX that they owned as of the close of business on the date of record, October 2, 2023. Owners of VYX should receive the shares of NATL to their brokerage accounts on or after October 17, 2023.
Because of these actions, you should sell your shares of VYX and NATL and transmogrify if necessary. After you have sold your shares of VYX and NATL, you will want to combine the proceeds of the sales of both holdings and divide it by the number of shares you owned of VYX. This will provide you with the Cost of Old Stock that you will use in the transmogrification process.
Please note: if the Cost of Old Stock that you calculate from the sale of VYX and NATL exceeds the average cost for VYX that you have in your records, there is no need to transmogrify the position.

You will need to log into TradeStation to place two orders to complete the
transmogrification process:
- Sell your existing VYX and NATL shares
- Buy the same amount of shares for your new stock that you previously owned in VYX.
Once this is complete please notify us and we will adjust your AutoPilot account so that it can suggest the appropriate call option orders.
